I am asking for email confirmation for my trade and they come very slowly. This is what I posted in the past. I don't know I got it until after market close or the next day. I never get confirmation for one of my trade and found out that I got it several days later when the price dropped. I believe AMTD has delayed portfolio update. Actually, I don't think they will have RT updating portfolio since they charge for real time quote. At least I haven't heard about it. Can you kindly tell us where is this info coming from? BTW, what is BP?

Absolutely correct, I wrote a RATIONAL request to tech svc and they responded. People are people no matter where they are and when some immature individual cant hold his temper and wants to expound and impress someone with his or her acid tongue instead of reason he or she turns everyone off. Anyway I got a rapid email back explaining their business was responding to the ads in a volume that put a strain on their best estimates, but they had made the corrections necessary by putting the confirm function on the fastest servers. The problem has been handled in a most appropriate and timely manner in my opinion. I know from a lifetime of working with the public that no matter what you do, some people just have to complain about any relationship they ever enter and the rest of us have to deal with it. My relationship is simply the same as everyone else on SI, I am an investor trying to make a profit, I think we call it FREE enterprise. Gil
