Jag, I agree with you. Small guys would always end up holding a bag.
I am told that they're gonna to do more private placement at 0.20 thus diluting current stockholders. I'd not even touch it with a twenty foot pole if pp would be done at 0.20 of 4 million shares as there
are too much papers on the market already.

I think the companies past record over the last year would indicate the shares are not "entirely worthless". Further the market action as of late would tend to disagree with you as well. I'm always open to new information and will check it out. Until the market says out, I'm in.
