kingpin: Thanks. I too am confident that wcii just bit off the first piece of artt. However, I also see that as relatively transparent to the street. Therefore, one would expect the artt price to reflect the anticipated deal premium at this time. Thus, to me, it seems like "the street" doesn't belief that wcii will have to pay much more than 18 for a controlling interest in artt. Do you, to the contrary, believe the street has not yet concluded that wcii wants the rest?? Or do you believe the street believes in a longer time frame?? as to icgx and icix, I was merely commenting on the prior message that the CLECS had been quiet today--not if you were in icix or icgx.
