Holyman, quotecentral.com really does have RTQ's for free. I tried it today. You get 100 free RTQ quotes a day. It's probably free to attract hits to their web page. The more hits, the more money they can get from advertising. As soon as you register, you can immediately pull down the free RTQ's.

Hi Guys:
I had to jump in. I tried the free Real Time quote.
I think it is best of the freebies.
Regards,
Satish

Thread: The future is with COMPAQ. Take a look at this article (sorry if it has been posted):

Table 1 (worldwide market share) shows that IBM is a distant second. It is also evidence from the gap increase of their market shares (4.9% gap first quarter this year v. 1.8% first quarter last year).
Table 2 (US market) also shows that Dell is a distant second with 5.4% gap first quarter this year v. 5% gap first quarter last year. However, percent growth of both DELL and HP is significant.

God Bless

no catch on free real time quotes

except you have to register first (stock exchange requirement) and you must suffer any advertsing which is what really makes the quotes free - not such a bad deal? quotecentral.com
