Dave: Fooled us and others? No way, I hope. This company has a credit line of $ 8 mln (prime + 2%) from Bristol Asset Management in LA and has just filed to become a fully SEC reporting company of which they expect to get accepted in 90 days. Because I am from Europe I don't know if Bristol Asset Management is a good name but I do know that banks do their homework before giving a line of credit and they don't like taking to much risks.

If just someone would know people who would want to invest enough in this share at the end of the month, just keep on buying and drive the price of the stock well above $ 1,50 the MM's would get crushed and have to buy back the shares which could cause the mentioned explosion in the shares. I will try to get some people to look at the stock. I know some sales people from Furman Selz and Brown Brothers Harriman and maybe I can get them to look at this company and spread the word. But I can't give you any promises. I know they are looking at Egan Systems (EGNS) right now. This stock is really worth looking at just like TGSK. This stock is fully reporting from 1987, will grow the next years with 400%+ per year, has no debt and has as target to go to Nasdaq this year. Don't miss on this one.

Stay long in TGSK, I will be looking at the pricemovements tomorrow and I have a buying limit at a little lower level.

David,

I disagree with your statement on Quote.com
"P.S. the quote.com site shows the size of trades and the size of the bid and ask in shares - not in blocks of 100"

A regular Nasdaq stock trades in full shares. But I have followed MISM and, recently TGSK there, and during regular trading hours I AM SURE that it reports on blocks of 100. I have even placed a small order of 200 shares (at at 0.30 of MISM) just to watch it go through.

I does appear that "out-of-sequence (late)" trades appear in shares NOT in lots of 100. This was confirmed to me today I think by flightless stating that a block of 20,000 went through at 16:20. This has been my suspicion for a while but I hadn't yet confirmed it.

In summary, Quote.com list BB stocks in the following way:
1. Regular trades are shown in lots of 100.
2. "out-of-sequence (late)" trades are shown in shares. These trades are shown with a black background and identified in the detailed legend.

good luck with TGSK, I am considering a purchase but my only DD has been by following this thread. I may buy a small stake "just to be part of the action." Don't have time now to do complete DD especially for a company that works out of Mexico.

Best of luck, I am particularly interested in watching and learning about how MM's short the market. Break this short!!

By the way, one person stated that if you encourage other shareholders to obtain their own certs you might get sued for "collusion." Any comments??

later, leroyt

"Quote.com from what I have been told, does not show Instinet trades"

Maybe true, but it sure did show a 250K block @ .80 after close on 4/28. It does show late trades and seems to show afterhours as well. Someone with more knowledge than me will have to clarify.
