I would work just like if you got a margin call. If they can't come up with the money the stock gets sold out from under them.

clearing firm...
I dont know much about how these OTC-BB guys work. Dont they have to clear their trades and have clearing firm representation?. Thats how it is in futures, so if the trader blows out, the clearing firm cashes in his funds on deposit, and if that isnt enough, then the clearing firm has to cough it up.
