ACRT: Better short than ever!! Mr_Pink_esq

Dear Mr. Schreiber:

Unfortunately, Mr. Loeb is busy accepting an award for being the outstanding event-driven fund manager of '97 and will not be able to respond to SEC inquiries.

edge.cherryscope.com

If he is ever contacted, which is unlikely, he would be happy to turn over his complete files to the SEC which demonstrate that Actrade is a criminal and fraudulent enterprise being perpetrated by one criminal Amos Ricearoni Aharoni who many years ago fled Israel via camelian transport in the middle of the night, with investor's money. He is now scheming to steal more money using the hyped up and most bogus story of ACRT to repeat his shenanigans.

Mr. Pink is here to protect the indidvidual investor and to warn all about the company that uses a minor league accounting firm to turn a blind eye to the accounting fraud and general crooked behavior of virtually all involved in management.

In conclusion, it is not Mr. Pink, or his esteemed disciple, Mr. Loeb that should worry about an investigation but Mitch "the crook, spazz" Menik, former operator of a failed gambling college and Amos "Ricearoni-cook the books real slow" Aharoni.

For when the SEC does shut them down (a la TRII), there will be nothing left but a legacy of broken dreams and empty file cabinets behind yellow tape flapping in the wind across the Actrade doors.

Cordially,

Mr. Pink, Esquire
