james,
When stock options come due you sell, buy, or lose them. No percentages in borrowing money to buy. Most file to sell. You might sell part to buy, but then you have to pay short term capital gains tax on what you buy any way. Best to sell. System works against you buying and holding.

Does any body know how it works when you retire with stock in a 401K?
