Something is starting to smell.

John, tulips have no aroma. Perhaps it is growing in manure?

Seriously, I agree that something doesn't seem right. Someone on the AMZN thread said they called the company and were told that another filing was being made to the SEC today. Nothing has hit Edgar-Online or FreeEdgar yet.

I find it curious that they are holding out on basic information like the interest rate, the face amount of the debt and whether it is convertible. When they borrowed $75mm last fall, they filed an 8-K right away with the full details.

The lack of even summary information about the acquisitions (revenue?) is also disturbing.

Apparently, though, the bulls don't care.

Bob

My Friend John Rowton:
Never compare ZITL to AMZN. I was short AMZN got in at 54 and
covered at 52 1/2, lucky me:)

I doubt that there is anything to compare to the
"off shore convertibles that zitl floated".
I believe that a secret protocol to the Cayman Island deal,
was that ZITL had to pay $12mil.+ for Datametrics(an off shore
corporation also). Datametrics was bought just days after Zitel
got the Cayman Money. Why in the world did Zitel buy this company??
Datametrics is a flea, tick and worm ridden DOG.
