A key component in qualifying an IL candidate is totally absent in FORE's chart. That's a good thing.

On the other hand, it's to the point now that buying here is most likely chasing it a bit too high. Buy low. If I were to begin stalking FORE now, I would only begin to consider it in the $18 range.
