Personally, we blew it by not standing tight and making the MMs squirm. I also own DGIV and folks have not sold. The MMs now have no stock to sell and we are headed much higher as a result.

Although I got into PNLK at under $1 I have no plan on selling anytime soon. We need to stick together!

Dave,

I have not called the company, but here is my take on the release.

The company doesn't have any more substantial news until the site goes live, which may be mid-May. However, the leadership has seen what is happening with their stock and they wanted to put SOME news out. I believe they have had the D & B database leased for many moons. If they haven't, I don't see how they could have planned to do this thing at all.

Not a bad idea to put out a news release that contains the words Dunn & Bradstreet whilst your stock is going through the roof.

Of course, I could be wrong. It's happened a dozen or so times today already. But this is my take.

PNLK may indeed drop to 2 or 3. But let's face it... this sucker is going to go bananas over the next few months.

The Mayor has spoken thusly...

Dave, give me a break!!! I am really glad to see how caring and conscientious you have become for everyone to "protect" their money after you encouraged a dump, and then (self-admittedly) dumped yourself (after pumping this one so hard). If you ask me, you have lost your credibility on this thread. Now that you are "out" it is interesting to see the subtle (not so subtle AT ALL!!!!) change in your sentiment. Sounds like you are really hoping/wishing to see this thing tank (at everyones' expense) so you can take advantage of the weak ones. Well don't hold your breath. The people on this thread recognize that they have a winner, and I doubt they are going to give you a single share under $4. I sure as hell won't.

Holding indefinitely ("head in the sand") unlike Dave Gore!!

Dave and All -

Two responses to Dave's questions in POST #1218:

1. Dave's question concerning D&B involvement:

"Does anybody think it is a bit odd to announce this agreement with D&B so late in the game? Somebody should do what I did early last week and CALL! Ask them to explain whether this license was JUST negotiated with D&B. If it was, I don't see how they can incorporate it in their website and fully retest by May 15th."

Response:
=========
See the Thursday April 2, 12:41 pm Eastern Time Company Press Release:

"Through ProNetLink's worldwide database of 1.5 million companies, members can..."

The 1.5 million number is introduced on 2 April and shows up again in the 29 April release. Does anyone believe this a coincidence???

In addition Dave, you have spread the buy recommendation for PNLK on other threads. Now you are recommending people to perform DD to see if this is a company worth investing in??? (Agreed, at $1.00 it was an excellent choice, but...). Also, no one had to call the company to get the answers to your questions, they are in the press releases.

2. Dave's question concerning D&B involvement:

"We also need to get an idea of revenues we can expect. Please ask questions relating to how many subscribers they expect and when they expect to show a profit."

Response:
=========
See Carol McIntosh's POST #1281. Excellent reading on projected revenues. But keep in mind, projected is what they are at this point. Note that quality companies tend to be under-optimistic when starting out.

A couple of other observations (IMHO only):
===========================================
First, I like the idea of the company keeping their actual power-on date quiet. Why give the day-traders, etc. advance notice?

Second, to quote Dave again, "But I am worried about delays in the launch, revenues and especially profits."

First, Dave, this is not a slam but an observation. You made your money, and now you imitate the naysayers (those accused of wanting to see the stock price deteriorate in hopes of acquiring shares at a lower price - obvious since you yourself said in POST #1218 that PNLK is attractive in the $1.00-$3.00 range). Only you can answer honestly to yourself on this one; no one else should lose any sleep on it. We are each here to make money or lose money at our OWN risk!

Second, PNLK has spent 2 years bringing this site online. Today we have received the first of several KEY insights into the company's positioning and strategy. If we are to believe that the company has hired some of the best at what they do (marketing, web site authoring, etc.) per the previous press release and phone calls by those doing excellent DD on this board and sharing it with us, then I do not think the company is going to screw up something as important as introducing the world to their unique product/service.

Cheers,

George
