Scottoo, Scenario, we get some great news in the next few weeks and
some large buyers i.e. Institutions want IN, the Price will rise until
there are enough sellers to fill the orders.

When there is a secondary offering at an albiet higher price this will let them IN and they will Drive the BUS with us on it already to a valuation they feel is fair of course a split is most likely to be involved at an early stage to increase Liquidity.

As l;ong as we Hold Steadfast we will only see Appreciation of shareholder value as IP-Telephony is Changing Everything about Telecommunications and the Street is well aware of that and will let the current float rise to a head and then most probably take the secondary offering to the NEXT Level..

Note: BROADCOM IPO offering @ ~$24.00 opened @ ~$53.00 and went as high as $62.00

Digitcom offering @$15.00 opens @ $35.00, to free up both the offering and the Float....

Of course this would have to be Handled by a VERY LARGE

Investment Bank and the clues are all around!

hope this helps a bit, mind you, it's just a guess on my part.
