Dear Serge: Dont know and from my viewpoint dont see where there are any grounds. Company actually did better than Volpe thought they would and revenue better than Cowen thought. Earnings really are not off that much. The complaint is that going forward their revenue and earnings may and likely will be disappointing while they switch to project type jobs. On the other hand if they are successful in the switch we will have a company that is more profitable than originally thought. So where is the grounds for a lawsuit here?? I just dont see it. JDN

What would be the basis for a lawsuit? That Cowen and Volpe downgraded the stock? Seems to me you'd need more than that!!
