There is nothing inconsistent with the Yahoo post and the concept of a master agreement.

A Master agreement generally
1. Has a discounted price, in return for large quantities of business.
2. Set the T's & C's for all other purchases so that they do not need to be reviewed or negotiated with each purchase.

The press release was not mis-leading if you understand the purchasing and marketing of software and services.

It is good news because it says the they buyer intends to buy lots of stuff and TAVA's associated marketing expense can be reduced and even more importantly, more accurately estimated for the sales associated with the buyer.
