- have you actually ever converted warrants to common?

- Do you do this thru your broker? Or is it some process with the company?

Thanks,

Thanks for your response. Your reasoning makes a lot of sense. Once the hype starts to fade and the stock settles into a trading range I will look at it again more closely.

I did a search on AOL netfind to locate a reservation web site for IFLY and was unsuccessful. I searched under "800 Travel Systems I Fly" and had no luck. I was eventually able after a couple more tries to find their web site which appears to have general information and links. It does not take reservations but refers you to an 800 number. I was disappointed with the lack of an interactive site which I would figure would be in place by now. I know that this company is just getting started but I had expected more.

What I did find is that there are several companies that are already doing what IFLY aspires to, although not on a grand scale. Any of several companies could possibly steal the IFLY game plan if they thought it would be a success. This isn't a business that can be patented. Surely, competition should be expected.
