Good morning Sonki,

There was a large block of inside selling yesterday on Intel. Intel's public Relations had addressed this matter to me and here is what was said:

Frank: Some of our management does have to sell options that will expire. Many of our top team has been at Intel over 20 years and need
to sell or lose it. Andy Grove sells periodically as a part of a plan to not lose his options. Everytime he has sold in the last couple
years, he ends up holding more shares than before. He exercises and holds.

Management believes there will be growth in the PC market in the second half or our conservative group would not have hung themselves out on
this.

So far, Kurlac hasn't had too much effect on the stock, but he has kept a lid on it. His approach is unusual and annoying.
