Russell re: >>unnatural activity... to the upside<<. Could you elaborate a bit? I've noticed many gapped up openings (seemed unnatural to me) over the past two days after the big Monday dip. Really seemed liked they're kicking the market in the butt to get it to "just forget about Monday". Most of the gapped up openings seemed to fail to hold for the day, but many stocks are left ahead of where they were at Monday's HIGH, due to the gapped openings.

I'm just finding it a bit hard to believe that stock's fundamentals are being ignored by the media, and that stance would be supported by the Fed. Abbey says relax - again. What kind of valuation scam are we in for? Is it really to sucker the boomer's money (me) mindlessly into this "only goes up market" so the older investors (no offense anyone) can get out. Wonderful, I have to pay for my own social security bailout by investing in a valueless pyramid scheme where valuations just get redefined to "new era" justifications. Certainly seems it's the way the game's always been played, but I don't think the nuances will take as long to discover with the internet.

experiences shared appreciated,
thanks,
Tom
