From the press release, it seems like the merger approval will give us 31 bucks a piece regardless of market condition. Am I correct? If so, nxco should go higher right? I never been through a merger stock, do I actually need to sell it at 31 to get Elan shares in return? I was hoping nxco could push through 111 themselves to capitalize on this blockbuster. Now with Elan coming to picture, I am not too sure. In other words, 111 would have much greater effect on nxco as an independent company than part of Elan. Very tempted to get out...
