Re MIND -- I think MIND is a solid buy to 17'ish. Seems like I recall that earnings will come out tmw. This will be 4th qtr earnings I think. Hopefully MIND will add some strong comments to the earnings release about the lawsuit and about how things aren't as bad as others have made them out to be. We need some strong words from MIND to help start back on the road to credibility. I think MIND could easily pop a couple points within a few days IF they fight back and if the earnings have some nice surprises. The stock should move to the 20's to regain it's rightful place. bark puppy
