Hi, my company is in a specialized market which we understand very well. Specifically, we are in the import video game market where we import new Japanese video games into the US market for distribution within the USA and to Europe. We also sell USA video games but we are a lot better known for Japanese imports. We have never used an intermediary, mainly because we did not know who to look for. But, such an intermediary would have helped greatly in the beginning of the company since imports can be a confusing business with duties and regulations to take into account. Feel free to visit our company home page at www.ncsx.com for a look at what we do.

I started my company many years ago before the internet took off but a service such as what PNLK is offering would have been very helpful if it was around years ago. In any import business, you have to find the right suppliers as well as understand Customs regulations. Importing something into the USA that is not suitable for use domestically because of FCC regulations or FDA sanctions can be a very costly lesson since U.S. Customs will seize your goods.

Regards,
Peter
