One thing from the 10KSB filed April 1st... ----- In addition, the Company's executive officers voluntarily agreed to reduce their salaries on a temporary basis aggregating $73,500 in savings per year. Nevertheless, the Company's failure to expand its business in an efficient manner could have a material adverse effect on the Company's business, operating results and financial condition. In addition, there can be no assurance that the Company's future revenues will be sufficient to support its existing and anticipated expense levels or that the Company will be able to maintain these reduced expense levels. ----- I wonder if they are attempting to further cut costs by additional reductions in salaries.. If that is the case I can see insiders wanting to raise funds by selling some shares. Until we know what percent of the holdings (for each individual intending to sell shares) these 144 shares represent we don't know if they are simply a drop in a bucket or something more significant. I would have to say that the planned sales alone may not be an indication of anything special. I will keep you posted on KTWO's response to my e-mail. Hari
