srs, Responding to your questions from last evening. As you have probably already determined, the company is emerging from a lengthy re-organization process, however there are still certain pieces of business that need to be dealt with. Concerning the name change, you are correct, the company is changing it's name to Solar Scientific. This will precede the company re-domiciling in the State of Deleware. Re-domiciling in Deleware will allow the company to make it's application for trading on NASDAQ in a simpler more timely manner, being a foreign issuer in the United States can be very cumbersome. There are also obvious tax advantages for the company as well as the fact that it's core business is transacted there. You weren't far off on the time line either, but expect these changes to be completed by early June. John Lucas has retired. In terms of his replacement, the new board appointees will be tied into the proposed acquisition. From what I understand they are extremely capable, former senior managers from Baxter. My relationship with the company is limited to being a non-passive shareholder, however I may take on the role of investor relations executive depending on the company's needs in that area. Based on your opening comment it sounds as though you are holding stock at higher prices. As you can tell there are a lot of positive changes that are taking place which will in turn generate positive news. The company's intention is to correlate their news releases with an aggressive marketing campaign so don't be surprised to see some higher prices soon. Stay in touch and I will pass on information as I get it. Regards, Mark Bradbury
