Greg, I cannot quote the source of what I am about to type, BUT.... I believe I recall that VSH had either purchased or entered into partnership with Chinese interests with access to large, fairly accessible palladium deposits. I would have thought that this would have tended to isolate them from some of the fluctuations in its price/availability. I was also impressed with the china connection, by the way. Clearly my thinking and maybe my facts are skewed since the market (via price and volume) is clearly saying bad things about VSH, but I really thought that was the case. I will search for my source.
