Question in General:

What is the advantage of announcing lackluster (or worse) earnings, early, two days before your big show/announcement/contract whatever. After such a nice run-up, why jerk your stock and stockholders around like that?

Would half-baked earnings announcement, coupled with hot news at the same time hold back an advance. I would guess not. Instead it may get another bounce (or buying support on the new high) with the pr from the show.

An early bad announcement could make for a nice buy opportunity (if that was an objective of the timing) but it seems from todays action that most players that wanted in, are in.

I'm kinda expecting earnings and an announcement tomorrow...
Just ranting on announcement eve...any thoughts on this at all?

Tom,, have not chatted with you in a while .. I believe your last post
is pretty accurate.. I expected earnings to be weak if not flat at best. I have been posting mostly via email to other CCUR holders..
My guess is positive news should SOON be at hand.. I'm trying to buy more on weakness today,, no luck so far and I don't think I'm the only one looking to buy...
IMO,,,now is no time to sell.........
