Kath, you wrote - > If anyone talks to Helen, please ask HOW FTEL plans to handle the FNET IPO. What will current shareholders get? <

I tried yesterday and again today to ask this very question of Helen but was unable to get through. I have left voice mail and expect that she will return my call. When? Don't know.

I will post whatever answer I am able to get as soon as possible after I receive it.

Months ago I spoke with Helen and suggested that when FNet is spun off that they consider imitating what 3M had done when Imation was spun off. 3M shareholders were given Imation stock based on the number of 3M common held at the time of the spin off. This was also done in such a way that it was a non taxable event for the shareholders. She took note of the suggestion and said it would be brought to the attention of Frank. That was the last time I have had anything from the company relative to the spin off.

I know this is not much, but maybe more than some are aware of and thus it may help someone.

Best wishes. BullyBear
