On the whole it is difficult to avoid a measure of disappointment that the most newsworthy announcement was the name change. From the pre-publicity, we were led to expect more than just an application of cosmetics.

Exactly. Who cares about the name change? What I want to know is Where's the Beef? I think the company does itself a great deal of damage, at least in the markets, by trying to suggest this name change is significant. It's not.
