CP, don't worry, AMZN will just buy KTEL (how's $60/share cash sound?), put out a press release, their stock will go to $200, they will sell 2 million new shares to the public (don't worry, the float will still be only about 6 million out of 25 million so squeezes can continue) to pay off all their debts, and since there is no serious competition (KTEL will be part of AMZN and all the others in books and CDs will collapse under the weight of all their off-balance sheet debt) AMZN will raise prices 50% across the board resulting in enough profits to justify a year-end '98 price target of $300 (pre-split of course - gotta be realistic).

Go AMZN!!!

yada, yada, yada...

If AMZN starts to sell CD, what about KTEL? Can both of them survive together? (I
also long KTEL)

Every company may have a nitch. KTEL luikely will survive but AMZN will die due to debt load.
