I think they were just bailed out by Carole Salkind. No fuss, no embarrassment, just over the $1.00 hump.. "briefing.com"?, little distraction. Either way I'm very happy that the stock is in the picture again; probably better next quarter, and besides, how can you resist the price-flucuations?? Love it.

I became interested in NCTI a little over two years ago. Yep, they've got a lot of licenses out there, but I've never understood how they keep the company
afloat. They seem to periodically be on the brink of disappearing, then
somebody rescues them. I wonder, at this point, how much of the company has
been sold off or diluted by deals. I don't know how this impacts on the value
of a stock. It seems to me that when (if) they finally start making money they
will have so many fingers in the $$$ chest that I wonder how this effects the overall value of the company.
