Paul I agree with you fully, do your own due diligence on any stocks before purchasing. For information on UPPI, the telephone number is (415)956-9190. It just started trading on the 29th which is probably why you couldn't find info, as it is a merger of the old company Upland Properties and World Wide Wireless. I started this thread so we could be alerted to actively trading issues on the OTC BB which are almost all very volatile, so I think people are aware of the risks. We are over 500 posts now, keep them coming people!!
