Lots of strength in TUNE today, and some huge blocks going through. Could be ready to make it's move (finally!).

PLAT has a very active message board. I have been a holder of PLAT for two years or so (bought at 12) . I think that the latest news re: joint venture you posted about, will be very positive. It already seems to have had a positive effect .... a very strong 27.
