"Even discounting the more rabidly vengeful among us, it seems to me that when knowledgeable daytraders like B. Payne indicate their intent to leave Datek at least in part because they will not accept its 9:30-10/late afternoon performance, that amounts to a valid red flag. Datek is, in my opinion, still too often slow and/or unreliable during these "prime times." I know you are aware of this; thank you for addressing it, (I think it has been improved); I'm sure you can fix it." Datek has no intentions of fixing this, they make to much from it, especially with the fast moving (falling) markets lately. And now that they are TV stars.... who cares about SI and a few frequent Datek users. A couple more TV appearances and Datek will have 1 million + customers all clicking the get quote button every morning at open. Visualize that..... It will only get worst before it gets better.....
