Five things from the CC.

1)When asked about the possibility of leveraging IBM/ISG into a possible OEM Ken was emphatic and said "Absolutely". I took that to mean that Ancor is now in the ballgame with IBM and maybe with an edge.

2)When asked about the $1mil that was pushed out to April Ken did say that it was not the total revenues for April.

3)Ancor happy with the way Bull relationship was beginning to develop.

4)Series B long termers haven't converted and Series C can convert in June.

5)Ken felt that one of Ancor's advantages over Brocade was that Ancor has experience in networks and that the advantage is that Ancor is experienced in total solutions which I think he inferred would help them on the storage side.Ken also commented that he had completed a 3 year plan for the company, but would not disclose for strategy reasons.Nothing would make me happier then to have a section in there on total network solutions.Think big . Why not?

Also would vote yes on increasing the shares as I beleive Ancor would need this for ramping up any OEM they would win. There is nothing in Ken's background or that of the new management team that would suggest that they would be irresponsible with this increase and use it when they needed it.

This was the first CC where the old management team seemed to be a distant memory. I would guess, Ken has spent the better part of this year getting the company to a point of equilibrium. It now seems to be a new company. I imagine for Cal and Ken it must have been like riding a bucking Bronco (or worse) where everything depends on holding on for 8 seconds. I imagine his strategy was to get a little calm for Ancor and give themselves the possibility, to get the motors reved to go on and up in the future.
