We all hate talking about whether they're going to come out on April 30th, or not. Well, it's April 30th, two a.m., or so, as I write. They haven't come out yet, that I know of.

The ESVS SEC filing--without quick reference of the exact date of the filing at hand--indicated a time certain 45 days subsequent to the date of the filing. Aleta calculated April 30th. Others have come up with independent verifications based on whatever inquiry they made. I've heard "on" "on or before," "at or near," and I've even heard one version "at or the week after." Who knows for sure. Perhaps even our own speculation has affected the date of the audit's release, positively or negatively. Really, who knows?

It's my gut feeling--and this comes from both public and private postings--that we're at the print and review stage, if not at the release stage already. It'd pain me greatly not to have them out today. I'm sick of the debate over whether they'll be out and when. I'd much rather digest the details of them and joyfully make the Doubleclick comparative.

As to Jon Tara's question: "Does it bother anyone...?" There's much that bothers me about uncertainty. Though I'll always embrace it when it comes.

Were there no ESVS/Zulu merger on the near horizon you might have substantive support behind the fear you raise. But with Zulu and ESVS there's much else at play and bigger works are in the mill. And as the sector grows and the stock matures, these fears will surely subside, and most everyone involved richer as they do.

Pick up a modest holding of shares Jon, if you haven't already. Call it a fancy, and not a fantasy, interest in speculation. I've bought more. You should at least get some, if but for anything, but for the time you've put into this.

But whatever you, me or anybody does, remember that money is not the reward; a good and healthy life is. If money can help and NETZ can help, so much the better. In the spirit of the other--that's my motto. If I make a lot of money? I'm going to give a lot of it away anyway. I fear the margin call, but I don't live by it.
