Monica Lewinski will have to testify in the grand jury investigation
or face penalty of prosecution if she doesn't. A federal judge has
ruled that Mr. Starr didn't offer Ms. Lewinski immunity from prosecution
as her attorney had asserted. From Dow Jones News. Finally, this
saga has returned to bite you know who in the buttocks. This news
will definitely have a negative effect on the market in the near future,
because Mr. Starr only has a couple of more weeks to finish his
investigation to seek an indictment, meaning little Ms. Lewinski will
be testifying soon to the grand jury. About stinking time. I was wondering
what was holding up the show. Good luck shorts,

Jeff

Wiley,

I seriously doubt they won't meet their numbers.

And, with CSCO, there's always a good chance they'll
have an earnings surprise, but not by much, because
they like to hold their cards close. Plus, networking
sector has had a lot of competition the last quarter.
