I also spoke with the company about their plans for becoming listed on Nasdaq. She said that that was why they hired the CPA firm. They were working on the audit and paperwork to submit to to SEC within 30 days. I think all they need is a share price over $4 for 30 days, and the other requirements to be met. Over 400 share holders, minimum capitalization, any others?

Chetan, the company has projected 40,000 subscribers at $360 per pop, resulting in sales of $14,400,000 +
other revenues from advertising banners etc. in the $21 million area:

PNLK (Pro Net Link) $0.94
Pro Net Link (OTC-BB PNLK)
666 Fifth Avenue, Ste 338
New York, NY 10103
Closing Price (4/21/98) $ .94 Approximate Float 7,749,500
Market Capitalization: $35.578 million Shares Outstanding: 37,849,500 shares
52 Week Price Range: $.62 - $5.12

PNLK has projected revenues of $35 million for their first year, with after tax earnings of $8.7 million. This
translates to EPS of $.23. Second year earnings are projected at $17 million, yielding EPS of $.44.

In the past 6 months PNLK traded as high as $5+ and fell to $1 on low volume through January. In March it
was profiled by an independent advisor at $2.25 and has fallen to current levels. On Tuesday, April 21st,
volume exploded to 815,000 shares, mostly in the last hour of trading.

The computer services industry is red hot (Yahoo, Infoseek, Excite, etc.), and this is a unique entry level in that
industry with a twist. PE's are off the charts for this industry.

I have no position in PNLK but am considering one, depending on tomorrow's action.

The board doesn't have a consensus whether this stock can be or has been shorted. It seems there are three possibilities: yes, no, and not by retail investors but by someone else.

I'm wondering whether anything like the recent KTEL short squeeze is possible in the near future. Assuming that (1) the T+3 rule applies, (2) short interest grew significantly Tuesday and today, and (3) PNLK's float is similar to KTEL's (i.e., small), then we should start seeing forced short covering Friday and Monday.

But if shorting's not possible, all bets are off on the squeeze.
