Justin, I sent the following email to JAVA PR:

<<
Richard,

I found out that JAVA filed a 10k on 04/16/98. How come I didn't hear that from you? How did JAVA's post split less than 1MM shares become 6.7MM? Glaubman's salary, or yours? What kind of game is Bishop playing? The old existing JAVA shareholders will go nuts. The SEC and securities lawyers will get an earful for sure. Who is Insecta Sales and what do they do? Any idea for the potential of the merged company? Explain this all to me please.

Richard

Justin, I haven't heard from JAVA PR yet. After rereading the 10k I may have drawn the wrong conclusion about the larger number of shares now issued for JAVA. They may have been created to specifically "buy" Insecta. I'm not sure, but that's another explanation. Any thoughts?
