The most likely cause is a misconfiguration. Please ask the administrator to look for messages in the server's error log. Now I am getting a Netscape "network connection refused" error message. This continues to be an ongoing problem that apparently you have no motivation to correct. Why does this continue to be a problem? No respect for you customers? When, if ever, do you plan on upgrading your system? DD
