I'm no expert on internet software, so I'll have to defer to you on that. There are trade papers that have advertisements for that type of product, and most of those publications are online. But as for Waltech, Merced, and Tom Stinson, any connection to CSHK would be in their EDGAR filings. Is Stinson an officer or director of CSHK? Are Waltech or Merced major shareholders of CSHK? Anyone owning more than 5% of the company is required to file a statement announcing that fact. But you can't know anything about this company until someone posts where to find their audited financials.
