The two of them teaming up enables them to muster the influence to move markets (as we witnessed with the interest rate 'event' earlier this week)...

I agree. I'm just not impressed w/ the particular reporters from WSJ that are appearing, nor w/ how CNBC is incorporating them into the flow. Right now, it feels awkward and forced.

Not starting a rumor, but just speculation - I think it to be very possible that we could see GE making a bid for DowJones w/in the next 18 mos.
