Consumers do not use oil directly. Any refining costs involved in
producing gasoline, diesel fuel, kerosene, aviation fuel, plastics, etc, are past on to the consumer when they purchase the particular product required on top of the base oil cost.

Your not even beginning to look at the actual costs invovled in producing and using oil. This just makes no sense at all to me.////
