Proof?? No. Good reason to believe, yes. First, Intel employees have told me their options expire 5 years after vesting. Perhaps someone else can confirm this. Second, someone on the Intel thread said most of those sales took place through ML, who handles Intel's employee option program. Lastly, late April is when Intel's options mature and expire.
