2. When will the increases in share amounts begin to temper?
(It seems like it has been increasing daily.)

4. Are the restricted shares both time and price restricted?

That is correct. EDGAR has a goal to have reports scanned online within 48 hour of being "filed". I don't know what the time-frame is from the time EDGAR receives a report to when it is "filed". My guess is the filing may take a half-day to a day.
