Erwin, you can't compare CMND And IMRS, its the proverbial apples to oranges. My problem with CMND mgmt is that I think there is poor planning involved. When speaking with them, they gave me the impression of handling some issues in an almost ad hoc manner such as when and how they were going to incorporate enterprise wide testing. They expressed a strong desire to participate in this area but as yet it was still on the drawing board.Being a CMND shareholder, I am inclined to give them the benefit of the doubt but still, I came a way with the impression that maybe they bit off more than they could chew in the short term at least.

Best Wishes,
Patricia
