My brokerage company sent me a non-solicitation disclaimer to sign for purchasing Durban Deep. I put it through the shredder. Here I am a month later and I receive another one in the mail. In the mean time the stock is up over 50% for me.

I always believed that if you called the shots then you alone were responsible for all profits (positive and negative). I guess that CYA agreement means this is no longer the case.
