They provide Level II. Don't use them....just shopping myself. I didn't have any trouble navigating their site tho. Seemed fast. They advertise that their system automatically hunts for the fast execution route unless you indicate the routing you want. Surcharges apply for some routes, i.e. SOES, Instinet, etc. I liked the fact that their order execution is tied to the level II screen and confirms and account updates are immediate. Dave
