Jeff,

For one thing Command name has been coming up quite a lot among the project managers and IT/IS Directors I have worked with and they think that they have what it takes to get a project done on time and on budget. Second brokerage and financial firms like the fact that they specialize in this field and know how to execute a plan in a financial environment. Third I have been talking to some of my co-workers in other brokerage firms around Manhattan and they said that either they are in talks with Command or have a proposal on the table which is being review for implementation. Fourth Y2K work is a tedious process, but once they get moving its all profits that they will be able to ring up. The maximum I think it will take them to recover is 2-3 month, at most. My cousing who is also a senior consultant with one of the top 3 Wall Street firms also has been doing work with Command and they really know what it takes to get the work done on time and on budget, that says a lot about the company. He is convinced that they will get a project that they have a proposal on the table for and it does involve Y2K work. Personally I think they can use a lot better seasoned management team, a group that can speak the Wall Street lingo and also that can woo the so called analysts.
This analyst from Cowen and Co. either is too young or to stupid to downgrade a stock like Command, because he doesn't know what this group is capable of,and these guys would not have signed on to take them public if they didn't believe in the numbers that Command can generate; it's all about numbers and Cowen and Co. have taken out options to buy well over 500,000 shares, why would they do that if they didn't believe in the company's financial and long term growth prospect????.
I am on the front line with these brokerage houses and I know what they require and what it takes to get the job done. The average network engineer has about 10 years of experience in implementing such financial systems, and they have been around the block. These are very smart people when it comes to executing a project. For the management team and how they handled the PR when the stock was downgraded and took a tumble that's another story.
I think they need to polish up their image and tell the success that they have with these projects. I am very excite and sure about this company. They are sure going to be a player in the arena, and this is only a minor set back.
After all I didn't buy 20,000 shares for nothing today, if I didn't have any faith in their work.
Thanks for your response.
I hope this assures you and gives you something positive to look forward to.
Walter S.
