Beautiful. "Cash in Bernard's hands is never dilutive". That is suitable for framing. The point is that if you don't trust management to use money or stock wisely, better not to invest in that particular company. No doubt Bernard will do well for himself, but where could we find anyone with the mix of skills he has - from tech to deal making to just plain smarts. No question the rise of Loral is due to the vision and actions of one Bernard L. Schwartz. Ain't no indispensable man nohow - but let's hope this particular man achieves his vision and we continue to benefit too. "Nuf said. Chaz

E Haiken, re: Cash in Bernard's till is never dilutive. Personally, I think that sentence could suffice for the LOR Annual Report. Bravo, well said. Mike Doyle
