Thanks for info Jody. My friend is also V.P but they must have hundreds. I'll ask my friend point blank to confirm or deny what you found out but suspect if what you found out is true I won't get an answer. The plot thickens. Still waiting for buy order to fill.

In my past experience with SmithBarney, ANY stock YOU
tell your broker to buy, especially if they don't make a market,
says "unsolisited" when you get your confirmation.
