just read the DMG report an the artt deal. Very favorable. Says "we believe this opens the door for a very interesting business relationship with Winstar, the nation's premier competitor in this high bandwidth/high capacity local fixed wireless space.Simultaneously, ART is forging ahead with a a unique and well-timed data intensive strategy while Winstar obviously is proving to be a marketing machine selling a full complement of voice and data services...........We believe that artt now moves to the top of the list for potential targets in this industry""analyst is stuart Conrad, reiterating a buy on artt.
