To all:

A few points, then a question:

The 10-K at this point is probably not such a big deal since Dal already tells us that gross revenues will be around $2 million with "no surprises." So the stock price is not likely to move much (in either direction)when the 10-K is finally produced. Dal also tells us that revenues for first quarter 1998 should be about $2.2 million (no big increase over previous quarter), so the stock price is not likely to move much on that news. The company changed its name and the stock price dropped. The company announced a new loan agreement, and the stock price remained flat. The company announced a new "End Office Switch" and nothing happened in terms of the stock price.

What news, if any, do we think we're waiting for that will move this stock to higher levels any time soon? TJS
